SuperTech is a state and national competition. It’s for full-time professional heavy-duty truck and trailer technicians. The competition is a hand-on challenge with multiple skills stations. Typical stations include electrical systems diagnos- tics, foundation brakes, tire failure/wear analysis and 5th Wheel, to name a few. The stations are selected to present equally challenging problems to both fleet maintenance and service shop pros.
The Missouri winner receives an all expense paid trip to the nationals. The Technology and Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations will host the National SuperTech competition.
